At Orange Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unridden condition with all factory packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
