How long does shipping take for a new bike?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For pro-build bikes that require expert assembly and tuning before dispatch, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seatpost. We include a multi-tool and easy-to-follow instructions with every order.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and components that have been installed cannot be returned.
Do Orange Bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our frames are covered by a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as drivetrains and suspension are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, usually for 1-2 years.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm to help you get on the trails sooner.
How do I find the right frame size for me?
Each product page features a detailed size guide based on height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability at high speeds.
